Two will make one!
« on: June 22, 2011, 05:13:38 PM »
The Eagle that I landed last week, has a rear end issue & a few other flaws. The Engine is excellent, with no problems at all. I have located another one that looks to be in great shape, body & interior. The seats look like new etc.
The owner has taken the engine/trans out for another project & needs the room. I am going to look at the car on Fri. with cash in hand. Price is right & in too good of condition to end up being crushed. Owner has title for car, so if all checks out, I will have a project to complete. The one that I have, does have some good salvageable pieces & when I am done will let every one know what is available.
I have also located another Eagle less than 5 k's from me, but the guy is a hoarder. One of those, "I am going to fix it up one of these days" Meanwhile it just sits & wastes away!

The term "hoarder" has such a negative connotation.  I prefer "collector" myself.  ;D

Good to hear that another Canadian Eagle will be on the road again.

Cool, you have fact. floor mats and the wood grain seems to be in remarkable condition on the blue Eagle!
