Trying to figure out how to remove the plastic surrounds from the interior door handles.   Any help is most appreciated!

Remove 2 screws, hold handle out, pull out handle edge away from door panel, and slide back a bit (toward handle), and it should come off.  Look at some pics of ones for sale on Ebay, and it'll become clear.how it works (you'll see the tabs no the back).

I am sorry, I was asking about the handle ( that you would pull to close the door) not the latch.  Thanks.

The armrest!   There are 2 little Phillips screws above the reflector. Remove those and remove the reflector/woodgrain/chrome thingie.  Then you'll find 2 big Phillips screws in the 2 holes you just uncovered.  Remove those, and it falls off.  Be sure not to lose the 2 plastic spacers under the armrest - without those the armrest will dimple the door panel when you put it back together.
