Power buldge hood

So about 2 weeks ago i got the power buldge hood however it doesn't quite fit... like everything lines up except it wont latch in the closed position does anyone have any work arounds for it?

Sounds like the latch height needs adjusting. I had that on SOTE too.
AMC/Jeep gauges are for amusement only. Any correlation between them and reality is purely coincidental!

Other than the buldge, the hood is identical in dimensions.

Also,the power bulge hood has a different chrome strip along the leading edge than a standard hood
