Finding the fuel tank return line
« on: June 21, 2017, 09:23:53 PM »
The fuel filter on my project eagle has sprung a leak. In looking to replace it I realized that whoever last replaced it didn't bother to maintain a fuel return line. The current filter only has two ports, one from the fuel pump and one to the carb. I'd like to get a new filter that has a return but I need to know what to connect it to. There's a couple of unconnected hoses under the hood, I have a pretty good guess which one is right, but I'd really like to avoid pouring gasoline in to anything other than the gas tank so I was hoping someone could grab a picture of a correctly connected fuel filter.
