Need the low down on how to remove rear bumper EASY

I'm looking how to remove my rear bumper the EASIEST way possible. I have a replacement bumper. Do let me know!!  Jayson

The bumper is bolted to the two supports with 4 bolts on each support.  The bumper is also bolted to the bumper ends using a bracket.  You can either remove the brackets from the bumpers, or remove the bumper ends from the car and take off with the bumper. 

It should be as simple as that, if I recall correctly.  You can access everything from below.  Good luck!

I think it is easier to leave the bumper caps on the car, and remove just the aluminum bumper section.  Removing the caps with the bumper, only to install them on another bumper and back on the car seems to be too much work IMO.

Spray all the bolts down with penetrating oil a couple days before you do this, that helps a lot!

I used mister wrench and removed the 4 bolts the good thing is there's a lip so when all bolts are removed the bumper will stay on until you lift and pull, so definitely a one man job!
