Hello there and how do, name's John and I just scooped up my very first AMC Eagle Wagon, I've wanted one for over a decade but only recently got into a position to have one.  It's a 1986 AMC Eagle Wagon Limited with 85k original miles and original parts except for the aluminum cover, the motorcraft carb and an aftermarket tape deck (Hahahaha).

Right now all it really needs is a tune up, some brake work and for me to track down the small oil leak.

Allow me to post some pictures of it.

Thanks, everyone!  I was pretty stoked to find this car, in this condition (I'm in Wisconsin, you know how cars rust out up here), for the measly $1200 I paid for it.   I told the wife my plan is to fix it up, keep it really nice and then someday, when I have a kid if they're very very lucky....I might let them sit in it.  :rotfl:

I can't tell, is it black or brown?

What a 16th birthday gift for an, as yet, unborn child!  ;D

Thank you much!  I knew as soon as I laid eyes on her the guy was asking practically nothing for her.  Easy purchase in my mind.  Oh, I almost forgot, the guy also had the full parts catalog, so I've got that too! I feel really super lucky to have found such a treasure.

Wow, what a great deal. Jealous! And the black looks amazing! Get rid of those hub caps though! I'd rock plain steelies over those!

I'm in the process of looking for some spoke rims, actually.  Not like the gaudy newer spoke rims, but like..uh..
