AMCs in Their Final Resting Place :(
« on: October 31, 2013, 10:11:23 PM »
Feel free to add to the thread. I've been going to the yards a lot lately. It's kind of fun and I really enjoyed picking parts for my old DD, the Ford Festiva. While there I ran into several AMC products. They are always full of XJ Cherokees so those are nothing special. Did find these guys though.

Both of these had severe rust damage.

They have frames so maybe some life left in them.  Were they both 360 powered?

I think it's cool the gf goes with you! I can't think of any of my ex's who'd be up to go to a yard with me, lol.
My list of my cars/toys (or toys at my disposal!)

1993 Mercedes-Benz 500SL
2016 Triumph Bonneville
 1962 Cruisers Inc Mahogany Outboard

I like to to tell people my Eagle is like a Ferrari. It's quirky, tempermental, border-line exotic, and something you don't see everyday.  See? Makes perfect sense....

She's pretty awesome! :) She's helped me pull some easy parts before. She'll ask to help so I'll have her do the stuff that just requires a screwdriver or smaller ratcheting stuff. Plus she used to drive a 2000 Cherokee so that's why I had her stand next to the old Cherokee! She's in a Subaru now.
