Suspension Kits
« on: October 23, 2013, 09:28:40 PM »
A while back I saw there was a company that sells kits for the front end of the Eagle that pretty much included everything needed for a front end rebuilt. Anyone remember what company that was?

Thanks,

Rich

Espo is one company that offers complete kits. It looks like they changed their website though and you will need to call them. http://www.springsnthings.com/front-end.htm

And if you want to just piece together a kit yourself, there are some smokin' deals on certain close-out front end parts on Rock Auto right now.   I just stocked up on some.

ESPO offers new rear leafs with a 1" overheight for 230.00 and front coil springs at 85.00 they say I can order a front coil for a 85 wagon with AC (mine does not have ac) and it is a heaver spring rate and will give it a 1/2 in of lift. Any one had any thoughts about them?

Are they better than what they used to offer?  Rear Spring sag occurred not long after installation.

I'm not sure I am just looking for new rear leafs anyone have good suggestions or recent experience. Looking to add 1" extra height also to help with long term sag

I got my wagon back to stock height by adding a main leaf with the eyes cut off to the pack. I've been sick all week or I'd have the driveshaft done so I can drive it again.

Did you use a stock eagle main leaf?
