I've seen several threads about how difficult it is to get the clutch master cylinder rebuilt. I was referred to a shop that specializes in what they call "vintage remanufacturing" of anything brake booster or hydraulic related. I used them to rebuild my clutch master cylinder. I was going to do it myself, but I figured for this to let the pros handle it. They'll hone the cylinder and polish the rod as well. They routinely do work for people around the country, so you can ship it in and they'll rebuild and ship it back.

Great resource, thanks. I'll add that to the list of vendors/shops.
They did a brake booster for me years ago - for one of my old ratty Jensen Interceptors. More importantly; they did good!!

That's great to hear! Yes, they are predominantly a booster rebuild shop. My buddy (a 25 year diesel mechanic) took the booster from his rare Chevy 3/4 Ton truck and they did a great job. He referred me to them.
The booster on my daughter's Eagle was working, but since I had to pull it to remove the clutch master cylinder I figured I may as well get it rebuilt. It wasn't too expensive, and now one less thing to worry about. So they are rebuilding both for me.
