Here's a take on polyurethane vs rubber.
Includes, dirt, flex and drilling holes in rubber bushing.
He tends for: poly daily driver, rubber off road (except where subjected to oil & grease).

I appreciate you posting this. I've started replacing mine. Most are rubber, as you suggested.

I like rubber bushings.  Every Poly version I've tried crumbles to dust at the 7-or-8 year mark.

In what environment range?

Central Texas - driven about 1,000 miles a year.   Issue I think is age; not miles.
