Title: Lower Control Arms Advice
Post by: yak whisperer on January 27, 2019, 05:12:09 PM
Hello All,
New to the forum. Picked up an 82 Wagon, 6 cyl, Auto. The Lt LCA has taken a big hit and is bent. The cross member does not look bent and the spindle is OK. Are the LCA's on all the Eagle model ranges and years the same? Are they side specific or can one go on either the Lt or Rt side. I have a local scrap yard that has 2 SX 4's in it and am looking to get one from them. Any help or advice is appreciated.

Look at the parts manual here. http://amceaglesden.com/guide/Group_10_Front_Suspension_--_Power_Steering_--_Steering_Gear http://amceaglesden.com/guide/images/0/0e/10frontsusp033.jpg

Yes; any 1981 thru 1988 Eagle will work; and they are side-specific.

Thanks for all the help. I guess a trip to the scrap yard is in order.

The dorman part number and cross referenced. Ford used the same part.

The one place on line I have found them available. Hope this helps. I need the same parts.
