Merry Christmas everyone, I hope you all have a good one.
Happy day after Christmas everybody
Belated merry christmas all.
Did anyone get an Eagle under the tree ?
Not me. Apparently Santa couldn't figure out how to find a rear axle hub. Happy New Year everybody!
hi, afaik, those axle hubs are no longer available for the AMC 15/Dana 35, if you get a lead on some, let us know, I'm looking for some as well. Happy New Year! gz
Maybe find a good used axle & hub assembly? For Eagles, left or right; they're the same.
On a related note, about 2 years ago I bought 2 rear drums in "generic packaging" from Rock Auto. When the got here, I thought the boxes felt kind of heavy. Turns out the boxes contained 2 new drums, and also 2 new hubs!! BONUS!!
Afraid I'm keeping them, as they fit all of my AMC-15 cars.
I have one single hub and an axle shaft with the hub still on it. They are for sale but shipping would be insane. You could do like I did and swap in the rear axle from an xj.

Lucky! You probably found the last 2 new ones in the world!

If I could find a front axle in a 3.07, it would probably push me over the edge and I'd go for the full rear axle swap also. But for now I'm just trying to patch up my existing 2.35 rear axle. If you really have a good rear hub I'd like to talk $$. I'll PM you.
Sorry to have hijacked this Christmas thread with my axle hunting, everybody.
If both the sender and receiver have bus stations near them; you'd be surprised how cheaply big ugly heavy odd-sized stuff can be shipped via Greyhound. Might be worth checking out for axle shipping.
