Title: Best Leather Conditioner for Leather Eagle Seats?

I am looking for something to clean up, soften, and restore the leather seats in my Limited Wagon so I don't have to worry about tears showing up from use. What have you all used or what would be the best product to use to preserve my seats? I have heard of something like Elephant Wax. Has anyone used that?

I've used their products on both my Jensen and Aston Martin.   The Rolls Royce Club also swears by them.
