Mudpuppy has Project SX4 that might interest you. And I'm pretty sure it's under $3000 so you'd have some more money for shipping the dang thing that far!

I have an SX4 project car in Calif.  The '82 body was taken off the road just after a nice paint job was done.

I would like to sell the nice body and the  parts from my thrashed SX4  to make a running car.  The parts that go with it from the thrashed car are the engine, trans, interior and other parts.  I have a 2 speed transfer case that goes with it.  The newly painted body has a Cherokee rear differential, and I have a front diff that is included.  They may not be the same ratio, so one or the other will need to be changed.  $1,500 for all that is listed.  I will be using the frame, differentials, and transfer case from the thrashed Eagle for another project....Rich

As far as I know, there will be all the major parts.  Maybe a few modifications will need to be made (driveshafts, shifter etc) for the 2 speed transfer case and rear shock mounts on the Cherokee rear diff.  The engine has not ran in years, but was rebuilt.  The car was used for off road, and has very few hours on it (maybe 2,000 miles equivalent).  I have extra parts that would go with it as well (I don't need).  It will need to be assembled.  I will need to pull the engine and trans from the car, and place it in the nice body for transport.  The rest of the parts (anything usable) will be stripped from the thrashed body, and it will be sold for scrap.

Not only do you need the spoiler (3 pieces) you will need the remote latch set up as the key hole will be covered by the spoiler.

4.5" -  5 for the mounting holes.  I do not know the diameter of the inner hole..

Very cool that you were able to get Oberrod the car he was looking for.  Thumbs up!

I sold a Mustang to somebody in Finland a few years back, he emailed me and showed me the car in its new home alongside his other Mustang!

I hope he posts the project progress here.  It will be a lot of work for him, but in the end he will have the coolest Eagle around (probably the only one).......Rich
