Title: Load Leveling Suspension Diagram
Post by: El Matador on June 04, 2013, 07:23:58 PM
Is there a diagram of the load leveling suspension system showing all of its parts?

I think I have a complete system now, but I'd like to see a diagram to know whether I'm missing anything.

Thanks for that.  I knew it had to be here somewhere.  Looks like I might be missing a relay, unless it's in one of the boxes of stuff I got.

I learned from IowaEagle that the parts catalogs in the eaglepedia can even be of use

That would be very much appreciated.  I think I have everything at the rear, it's the stuff under the hood that I'm unsure of.  The wiring that supplies power to the compressor, and any relays related to the system.

I didn't get the accessory hose with mine but I have a Harbor Freight compressor that uses the same fittings (with an adapter) and I use it's hose

Been t/s my system and everything seems to work except I just get a click in the auto level relay (part #24 in the parts list).  Anyone know how I would be able to find one of these relays?  Thanks.

It's a pretty common IIRC. Mine sticks once in awhile and keeps going even with the switch turned off (quick bump with a rubber mallet and it releases)

Have to change that link to our site, or evo.  Nest is gone.
