No rust?
You west coasters have all the luck on those :P Only AMC in my local pick & pull is a 78 Gremlin that was stripped before it was taken there.

Its gutted. I think only reason its still there is theres too many other cars blocking it in. Most of the engine is in it but theres not a bulb left in that car anywhere..
The rear taillights look decent as well as that bumper filler piece below them.

dang :(
Wish I had a salvage yard like this near me. Nearly everything around me scraps every car more than ten years old. >:( I'd really go through that car if I could.
Looks like it was on a dealers lot before she ended up there judging by the plate.D&H automotive is located on south central ave in Los Angels. Looks like it has a newer exhaust on it too...what a shame....Probably didnt run though if they couldnt sell it for any more than salvage price....still sad to see these old cars in salvage yards though.
the bumper filler piece looked good to me.
is that rare? tried for the clear turnsignal lenses but they had rock hit cracks in em both...
got the bumpers and all end caps tho :)
By the way, don't forget your dikes/pliers you left on the fender!
The bumper filler piece on my 80 wagon was pretty much non-existent! And I've seen other cars with it cracked or broken...or just plain gone!
You should call the number on that license plate and ask them what the story was on that car.
If it really is an '83, it's very rare - even by AMC standards. There weren't many Concord wagons built in the final year. I can't recall the exact number, but it's something like 367.
Another rust free southern California car bites the dust. >:(
yea that is how I bought my Eagle just sitting there not started for years sitting in a guys yard its a shame to see these old cars just left for dead when people like us are looking for them an wanting to bring them back to life.
