Been a little late posting this but met Shanebo from the nest the week before last and he hooked me up with a center console for my project. Hopefully, once the bird(s) are back on the road and fuly operational we can hook up again and get a group togther here in Colorado Springs for some beers and laughs...
Eggs brother. Hope to see you again soon.
That's excellent! Always nice to hear of folks helping each other out. Definitely a good example (one of many I've read on here) of the value of this forum. Nice work Shanebo.
Shane is a good guy! Hey Shane, is that the one I sold to you lol. Nice to see it touching the hands of a few Eagle owners!!
It was a pleasure meeting you too Gronk! You got quite the impressive collection of carbs, and cars!!. That was the console I got from you Dave....the poor thing has been just collecting dust. I have had no time to do anything with any of my eagles....short of day dreaming...The way I figure when my babys back on the road another wil turn up. Im hoping to have that Sx4 soon if I could ever get this darn truck sold! then ill have runnng a eagle to keep me passified till I get the other 2 going......By the way Gronk, Im now in the same boat as you...I got a yard full of cars, a motorhome and a tractor so the wife told me some have to go, so im selling the one ton. little does she know each vehicle I get rid of will be replaced with an eagle....heck that motorhome ought to be worth three Eagles size wise.... >:D
My plan is all falling into place. >:D
You are an evel man..... >:D I like it.
Tell me more about the 1 ton and the tractor. I might be able to move them for you. I do work on a Military base and have over 4000 employees in my building alone. I might be interested in the tractor myself.
Shes letting the tractor stay she knows that if it goes shes going to be shoveling a 300 foot drive way all by her lonesome >:D .The truck is a 2000 chevy 1 ton 4x4. Its got about 190,000 miles but its got alot of new stuff and it runs very well. It books around 5000 but im selling it for 3500 just to move it quicker. heres the only picture I could find of it....not very good but it gives some idea. Shane is a great guy and has helped me out a lot, between motor home answers/solutions and Eagle parts hook ups.
Shane, wasn't there a story to go along with that last picture involving the dolly, the Chevy and the tractor?
sure was...that was the day I got all three, or four counting the dolly, stuck together....I never cease to amaze myself :rotfl:
