Title: which timing set to get....

planning to replace my timing chain/gears soon and did not want to get another nylon toothed gear...rockauto has several sets listed and i'm not sure which are nylon and which are metal.  anyone know?

I believe the Cloyes one is all metal.

But if you're willing to spend a little more money, I'd recommend Cloyes' Double Roller Timing Set, which has three positions for straight up, 4 degrees advance, or 4 degrees retarded on the Cam timing. It is a lot more durable than stock and fits right in with no modification. I put one in mine when I built my new motor. The only complaint I have is a little more noise sometimes at idle.
