Title: Switch location inside
Post by: JayRamb on September 13, 2011, 06:32:51 PM
Where does the location for the switch for 'Shocks' Up/Down go on the interior of the Eagle's dash?

There is no interior switch.  The only switch is the one on the compressor under the hood.  The three settings are "off/auto/acc" or something like that.  Set it to "auto" and the rear shocks will then regulate themselves depending on the load placed on them.

I have that switch and a switch that has "Shocks" Up Down as well.

That's strange, I don't have that.  ???

Must be an after market switch.  A sensor is mounted to the rear underbody that senses the height of the body from the axle.  The only other switch is the one mentioned before, on the compressor.

OK cool. I wonder if it was from another AMC? It has an AMC part number. I'll have to look at the part to list.
