yeah the interior is pretty nice looking i would of took this car in pieces and without the interior lol
Way to go Dbb, looks like you saved a real nice one there, an engine's no big deal.

That's the most worrisome thing - a lot of times there is
NO reason for these cars to go to scrap, other than the fact that the owner bought a new car and just threw the old one away like a toaster or hair dryer.
Just because they're old and don't have all of the whizbang features of today's plastic technobuggies, doesn't mean they're worthless.
OMG! SUPER JEALOUS...A LIMITED W/LEATHER!!!!! :eaglebig:
El mat I totally understand what your saying.
NIce save. Looks to be in great shape. Good luck with it. Thanks for sharing and welcome to the 'Nest.

That means you have the load leveling rear suspension. That seems to be a highly coveted option. My '86 wagon has it too.
Have you tried it to see if it actually works?

I don't know exact numbers, but they were few and inbetween. I'm happy I own one with leather in my '83 :)

same here.
Wow...dang it. Seeing all these great finds are making me jealous. I wanna just hang out at the scrap yard till one shows up! Sending you an egg. How much did you end up paying for it if you don't mind me asking?
Ive seen a few nice ones in junkyards and offered to buy the entire car...sadly they all had title issues and could not be sold as a whole car...Maybe I just need to rephrase next time...I want to buy the complete drive train, body, hood, doors, and all interior parts ;D....hey it could work.
Hi :hello: :hello:
Some people just don't realize what they're doing, like the song said... some may remember ..." ya don't know what ya got 'till it's gone ". Congrats on the find ... you were at the right place at the right time for sure. Throwing an egg your way......... Well Done !!!
Regards, Iron Horse ;D
