My family and I just got back from a trip to South Dakota and while exploring out there, we stopped in a little town called Murdo. They have an auto museum there so we went through it and I found a few AMC/Nash cars. I also found a book written by Patrick R. Foster about AMC cars. I have yet to read it but looks very interesting!
