Title: SIMPLE engine swap/ 4.0 head swap

i am just pondering what options are out there for 258 swaps,i was thinking as simple as possible ex: does a amc v8 use the same tranny as the i6? or is that just a stupid question? if not i was wondering how complicated the 4.0 swap is and what the gains of it are power wise.
