You could find a bracket from a non-AC car or Jeep, or get some brackets that relocate the alternator to the top. You may need to find a double-grooved pulley that fits the alt, but they are common GM style and should be available at any parts store.

If you are deleting the AC from your car, would you mind parting with the thermostatic switch behind the glovebox.  It attaches to a thermocouple down in the fins of the condensor in side the car.  I believe that mine is Kaput and I would like to keep my AC as stock as possible.  If so, let me know how much $$$ you need for it.

Thanks!!
