I know this has been talked about before, but is it still possible to get new windshields for eagles?, and are the wagon and sx/4 ones the same?, and if so does anyone have an idea of the cost installed, my sx/4 had a stone chip and over the winter being parked now has a wonderful crack thru half the windshield, any info is appreciated thanks
I had no problem getting one here in Calgary.
The part no. for the windshield is DW968 - It's called a NAG number. IIRC, it's a national auto glass number. The eagle's nest store sells the clips for the trim.

ok thanks, whats the cost of that windshield, just wondering so i know what to expect
I know safelight can get windshields for eagles. I think they run between 200-400 installed
Fortunately, they are still available. They date back to the 1970 Hornet.
in Calgary, I paid $255 plus they had to come out to the car, and that was an extra $50. My old windshield was also already out, and the area was already prepped.
I paid less than $200 installed in Denver.
i paid $145 here in pueblo at Mountain West Glass Inc.
Do they also sell the clips for the trin around the back windows .
i'm not sure.

IIRC, it's the same clip. but just in case there's two clips - The black ones, and the white ones. I think the trim around the other windows uses the black clips.
The white clips are only used on the bottom of the windshield - As far as I know.
Same clip for front and back
