all to 45 ft lbs, then all to 65, then all but #11 to 85. #11 is 80, coat with RTV (but not directly under cap, rather, on bolt itself)
think of it as a spiral, starting at #1.
You MUST buy new head bolts. MUST. They are 7/16" and WILL stretch. Seen it happen twice, each time within just a few thousand miles... on mine, and someone else's. www.headbolts.com will have the ones you need. The price is steep, but they're just about the only option. Make sure any brackets for pulleys you have don't bolt to the head bolts. If they do, you may have to talk to someone that knows where to go for custom size bolts with studs on top.
Thanx!!Thats exactly the info I needed.

No worries... Again, make sure that idler tensioner doesn't bolt to the two front head bolts, on the manifold side, or you may have a problem...

Certain headbolts such as amcs are reuseable. If that idler is not bolted to the topside of the headbolts than where else.
My stroker 6 has reused headbolts. Various other rebuilds of mine have also reused headbolts. The only ones you cannot reuse is the torque to yield (I think that's what their called).
It looks like the bracket is in that spot....Are those bolts available or am I gonna have to do some rearranging?(http://i1208.photobucket.com/albums/cc377/shanebo79/013.jpg)
You may have to reuse just those two bolts.... They are good for ONE reuse...
The car really shows no major sign of needing a headgasket. The rear main needs replacing as does all the other gaskets. I really wanted to change it while im that far into the motor, mostly cause knowing my luck ill have to change it in a year and tear down the whole top end......again.
Hipathetically speaking though, if I were to pull the head and those 2 bolts are shot what would be my options at that point? would i be screwed? ??? or is there a differnt belt configuration i could resort to..a non-ac configuration possibly...Im really not to attached to the AC anyway...If its that hot outside Ill be on the Motorcycle anyway ;D.
What do ya think?
As I said reuse the bolts all you want. If properly tightened to spec no problems what soever reusing head bolts .
cool....I looked at them today the ends dont look like they have ever been removed so I think Im in the clear...doesnt look like anyone has messed with it....Id best knock on some wood though...lol....thanks for all the imput fellas. ;D
