Looks like I'm gonna be reserving the Eagle hotel for Friday and Saturday. How structured are these usually? Is it a wing it affair? Or will there be a schedule of sorts? Just trying to get a feel for what's gonna go down

vangremlin

In the past, things have been pretty well scheduled, with the stops picked out along the trip and a timetable of how long we'd be spending at each stop.  Not sure how this one is going to be set up, I know amcman73 is trying to get some more details.  I may only be able to make it for the Saturday activities and no over night stay but definitely want to participate.
