I stumbled across this purely by accident recently:

https://www.justdifferentials.com/Dana-35-Dodge-IFS-Front-Nitro-Stub-Axle-p/axd47067.htm

It's a 4340 output flange for the Dana 35 used in '97-'99 Dodge Dakotas. It has 27 splines, like the Eagle Dana 30 IFS.

I don't know if it will work in an Eagle diff or not, but might be an option.

I wonder what the actual size difference is for the whole front axle assembly from a Dakota if it would be a viable swap?
Maybe even the front driveshaft too?  The CV axles probably wont work tho.

At one point I was researching to see if you could put a dakota front axle in an eagle, technically it is the same axle, but the main difference I found was the way the center section bolted on was different. As far as shafts being the same Id say its very likely that they are a direct fit.
