Cars & Covfefe 11 June 2022
« on: June 12, 2022, 12:10:35 PM »
Me 7 the Bird flew up to this. St. Charles, Mo. at Fast Lane Cars. They have some NICE stuff there, but they're very proud of it! I've been in before & wandered through a couple buildings (they have 4 or 5 I think). Since it was Sat., I think they just opened the one building. They're not (normally) open on weekends. Not sure IF these pics. will go through or not, I don't have a lotta luck "sharing" pics. As usual, the only Eagle (& I think the only AMC) here. Had a few more people than usual stop & talk to me about it. Got all the usual "My (insert relative of choice, neighbor, etc. here) had one of those!" comment. Had one couple tell me they had a Sportabout & knew exactly what I had. Even one of the salesmen talked to me about it. He knew a LITTLE bit because he asked if I drove the AMC. Wanted to know what engine it had, 318? ::) I POLITELY told him it was NOT a NoPar.
