Road Trip?
Still Pat:
Looks like over I - 270 to I - 55 & north from there. I thought it showed U.S. 61, good thing I double checked! Looks like it depends on who you ask, Mapquest says the interstate & google maps says U.S. 61 is quickest!
Still Pat:
Took the google route. Start to finish, including You-All-Haul, loading, & getting chow on the way back, 18½ HOURS!!! It didn't take that long to load, had a hassle at You-All-Haul, couldn't get the lights on the dolly to work. Chow (honest sit down meal at a restaurant, not some drive-through fast food gulp on the go, still under an hour. "I'll take *Reasons I don't trust computer estimates" for $1,000.00, please! Anyway, pics. of the Eagle & a couple other things along the way.

I'm GUESSING a town's water tower. First time i saw it from a distance, I thought it was a giant KFC bucket like they used to use for advertising. https://www.facebook.com/photo?fbid=4196973853693108&set=pb.100001416052079.-2207520000..
vangremlin:
Glad you had a safe and successful trip! Long day though.
Those were some gnarly looking tires on your new Eagle!!
Still Pat:
Even BlackBird had better tires than those! ;D
