For anybody that has removed their stock manual remote control mirrors and has looked at the spot where the control used to be on the door and wondered how to make it look a little better, check out what I did today.  I went to Lowe's and got 5/8" hole cover in the screw and nut department and it fit right in.  I put in a chrome cover, I think they have black ones also.  For the hole in the dash from the passenger side mirror control, a 1" cover fits perfectly.  I used a black plastic cover there.  Cost is about $1 per cover, which fits in with an Eagle budget nicely.  Here is a picture of the driver's side with the chrome cover

83Eagle!

That's a good idea.

Eventually I am going to switch back to the stock mirrors.  Regalwizard brought me a driver's side one, and pigonawing literally stumbled upon a passenger one at the junk yard - it was under an eagle he pulled seats out of.

After our fiasco with the Toyota Corolla I got for my wife I believe I am done with Japanese vehicles.

Dude you are preaching to a choir member that is close to becoming an AMC Minister if you know what I mean.
