Did they ever offer the Concord in black? It looks so good! I for the most part hate the dull colors AMC used and all the dang variations of brown...except in correlation with the woodies!

Yup, "Classic Black". There is a nice shot of four door model in that color along with an AMX in the '79 brochure.

Even though the 2 doors had best looking vinyl roof (IMO) it looks better without it.
