Rollinsville Yacht Club 2021
« on: September 26, 2021, 06:43:07 PM »
Just like the past few years (with a few exceptions) I was part of a group that drove from Lakewood CO to the Rollinsville Yacht club, in early September.  Its really not a yacht club, but a clubhouse for a group of cabins on the shores of a pond just south of Rollinsville, off the Peak to Peak highway (CO Highway 119).

The group included Porshes, a Ferrari, a classic Corvette, a Mustang, etc - all sorts of exotics...and my 1980 Eagle 2 door sedan.  The Eagle wasn’t the fastest car there but I was able to achieve the speed limit for the most part. It drove great and it was definitely the most unique car there.

Here are some pictures of the event (see if you can find the Eagle lol.
1981 Kammback 258 - "Pepe"
1980 Coupe 258 - "Ginger
1972 Gremlin X 304
1978 Gremlin 4 cyl 121 - sold
1964 TBird 390 - sold

Looks good V.G. your pics. answered a question I was wondering about. I now know it IS supposed to be painted (the chrome around the back window). Mine's peeling, but I wasn't sure if it was supposed to be chrome or painted!
