My electical seat is weak..reproduction motors available?
« on: March 14, 2011, 10:30:05 PM »
Is there any vendor that sells motors for the power seats?  Mine are getting weak and a little lob-sided...not to it's full working extent. I suppose after 244,000 miles, they are bound to getting a little tired. Help out there? Thanks! Jayson

Not sure about your motor problem. The electric seats are on a narrower track than the manual ones. I suggest pulling the seat and checking the seat pad. You might find the reason there. Maybe the reason for your "weak" motor as well.
