There are two rustholes but they can´t be seen...



More rust and one hole... and there are (at least) three more to weld.  :-[



This is my electrolysis tank.

Yes. That is my dream.  :D   But I´ll use other means...

BTW: What is that little (2" high) "canister" near fuel tank? Something to do with emission system? I have to fabricate new one, because most of it has rusted away.  :P Or does any of you have one extra (and in good condition)? I´d sure have some use to it.

I have heard of using electrolysis on rusted parts, but I have never seen the procedure. Thank you for the pictures!
Is there any weakening of the metal from the process?
