Those connectors are called "Weatherpack" connectors and I got some off of Amazon. You need a crimp tool to go with it if you don't have one, and it's not the cheap style you see everywhere. You can replace a them though, and I like the style connector, it disconnects easily without breaking.

I agree, I like the connector as well (except for the price tag!) The cheapest I found was $8 shipped, but most were $17+ before shipping.

I also found pre-wired ones online as well.

Now I'm waiting so I can use the info ammachine390 gave me to hopefully track down which wire goes where. Then I can rig something temporary to test it since I don't want to have to do it more than once and take her for a spin.
