Title: Fund-Me account for car project/repair?

Prafeston did this. Not sure how it turned out as far as funds. However he did get community help.

Post by: Prafeston on June 06, 2015, 11:02:31 PM: Yeah, I tried and didn't fare so well. I did have one acquaintance and one forum member donate 25 dollars. From what I've seen on Fundly none of the car repair/restoration type projects get much donated. I was linking it on my Facebook pretty regularly.

We took all our family vacations in it .Then he came down with rabies. Now I'm trying to restore it because that's what he would have wanted. Or better , to take him on one last trip before he goes.

Post by: eaglefreek on June 18, 2015, 06:40:34 PM: I hope you guys don't take this the wrong way, I could understand a fund me account for a single mom of 3 kids whose only source of transportation is in need of repair, but one for a "fun" car, doesn't appeal to me at all.
