What a nice improvement.  You have to hand it to AMC, they had some of the best, longest lasting, durable finishes in the industry.

ok so you got the stuff for the hood sorry I have been quite busy lately. is there any parts that you still need?

We actually don't have the stuff for the hood. We did a temporary fix to get it back on so it was drivable. It looks good in the picture, but it is still dented on the driver's side (which we don't like.) If you still have a hood, and it's not too expensive, we will still take it. The rest we could certainly still use as well (and we could even add to the list.) Out of curiosity, what all do you have? We understand that you are busy, and depending on what it all comes to, we may need time anyway. Just let us know how things are coming along, what all you have, and what you want for it, etc. Also, we are getting closer to making the Concord drivable and would then be able to come up to Phoenix to get the stuff.

Thanks for all your help....we greatly appreciate it.

BTW Doug, we totally agree with you. It is definitely coming along, and it was nice to see what a bit of effort in 100 degree, scorching sunshine could do.

I would love to find a solid 2 door sedan.

Thanks Jurjen, the eggs are definitely an encouragement AND the car is well worth it.

We will keep our eyes open for ya Doug....since we manage to stumble across them some how. We would like an Eagle SX4 as well if that's any consolation.

What did you do to bring back the paint Job? I would not have thought it could look that good.

NICE. I remember seeing that car for sale on CL...I thought it didn't have a chance... Thinking for sure some guy would buy it and enter it into a demo derby or something.  But Excellent job so far, and keep up the good work on it.
