its ok it wasnt bad but just a lil more than surface rust and i found a 1"x1/2" spot

It's amazing what you find when you take stuff apart too! I'm VERY glad you found the title for the 5 ton! (behind the dash!) Now I can finally take it for scrap metal after I load it with stuff from the 5th wheel.
