rear sx/4 sway bar?

i got a parts car some time ago. I was putting tires on it to move it and there is a rear sway bar on it. I know i have had 10+ eagles come threw and i never seen a rear sway bar. Is it factory?

yes it is, my 1986 eagle sedan has a swaybar, part of the heavy duty suspension package
