man its been a while since ive been on-line (me and my wife moved and we dont have interwebs yet, so im sitting here at my friends house lol) dolor and phoenix havent sold and im kind of glad and here is why...just my luck it was the one day i had off and i got a txt from a co-worker saying that there is a eagle in the parking lot just like mine. the owner still comes in from time to time im just waiting for when he brings the eagle in! lol the best part is he mentiond that he is here on the nest!

Thats an awesome sighting! I always wonder every time i see an Eagle if they may be a fellow nester.
