Low cost condensors on auction

I have seen brand new AC condensers on auction for $32.00 and $59.00 and I was wondering if any members had bought one. I know Jim mentioned paying over $200 for one from Kennedy I think so I worry these are too good to be true. They may just be trying to clear out old stock or just cheap stuff from china. Then again, many foreign auto parts are far superior from anything put on some American makers.
