Still doesn't work for me, "bandwidth exceeded"?
-
Here used to be pics from the web page of previous owner...
I removed link to his web page
-
Looks like a real nice addition to the fleet! Congrats!
-
I forgot AMC even had that color interior. You did not see that one often. Great find!
-
what is the offical color of that interior? Or did AMC just call it brown?
-
I believe that is what they called it, Brown. That is what the interior color selection from AMC calls it.
-
I see that one of the previous owners was a Dutch guy.
Does it still have the HAI (Hollandse Auto Import) decal somewhere?
-
How does this HAI decal looks like?
This car had Oklahoma plates in trunk when he bought it, said the guy who sold it. And there is an american hospital parking tag.
EDIT: "Shawnee medical central hospital" is it...
This car has been in Finland for a longer time (20 years) and there has been many owners. Now its condition is a parts car. I have got a Hornet with fiberglas front and a lot of parts missing...

The links were taking us to some .gif file, I was able to put one in the other will have to be resized in your PB account
-
Do not click that link... Paint it with mouses left button and then use right button to copy it. Then click address area above and then paste that copy... then pic can be seen.
-
It has an NL decal on the rear bumper, indicating that it was registered in the Netherlands before???
-
It could have been in Holland, I don´t know. I think that this car is some kind of "souvenir" from America... Like my "flying Eagle" is.
There is an "Allstate motor club" sticker on rear bumper and a decal from some camping place (US) inside of windscreen.
-
new pics....
-
I wonder how that one made it over there....Maybe a military fellow brought it over there with him.
-
Nice Concord, looks like the body is good, and the paint looks shiny too. Once you get some headlight trim on, it will look great.
-
I´ve got almost every part needed to get this C running, but I can´t get it on the road again...
-
No paperwork?
-
That´s the issue...
This C came to Finland over 20 years ago by a cardealer who died before he had chance to sell all his cars. This was, among few other, in a barn almost 20 years and then a couple of years in open air... Person who sold car had no idea where its registration and customs papers were... So it became a parts car. Like my "flying Eagle"...
-
It is so painful for me to see a perfectly good car scrapped because of paperwork. That car looks way too good to be a parts donor.
I wonder what it would cost to bring it back to North America... and if it could be registered again once it got here.
-
This is not in very good shape, there is rust and mould all over... There has been once a crash. Left fender is fixed with bondo, left front door is from a Hornet and rear fender is repaired too. But this is not going to be pieces of scrap metal... I´m going to use as much as possible of it to make my Hornet(s) alive... Some parts are for my Eagle STW and so on...
-
Some testing...

I likes!! 8) Gives that lowered look without compromising ride quality.
-
I love those Cragars on there...The fender flares give it a much more aggressive stance.
-
Looks pretty sweet!
-
It is sad how a few missing papers can condem a car to scrap....It happens here in the states all the time too.
-
Yesterday I did some research job...
Upper hinge of the right side door is almost rusted apart from the body. And when I did take windscreen off, I found just rust under vinyl top. Someone had used wrong type of seal when the windscreen had been replaced...
-
I parted this bird... This old bird was in bad shape. It looked much better than it was. It is going to save an Eagle. (some of you have allready noticed that...) I´m going to use some parts to my Hornet Convertible... It is 71 Hornet SST with 89 Le Baron rag top Chevy Monza seats and Concord front and rear panel... Little bit Sundancer-like, but no a copy...

This was my first thought when seeing the photos. It's a late model Concord. Not like the '78 here that I've been aggressively parting until it was finally scrapped a few days ago. I'm betting the '69 Hornet is next in a few days. The sight of these cars in the junkyard makes me feel ill but reasons like paperwork makes me rage. :/
