Starting point for 87 Sedan
« on: February 16, 2012, 09:27:41 AM »
I just bought an 87 sedan that was a previous nester car. There are quite a few minor issues, and an oil leak I have a sneaking suspicion is going to turn into a pain in the  :censored:. If it does turn into just an oil pan leak, what kind of day am I looking at? I'm hearing even changing that gasket, which I already have from the seller, is kind of a PITA. I guess I'm just looking for some advice on where to even start. I'm an old Army mechanic, but have never worked on an Eagle. I'm feeling a little overwhelmed. lol. I've done a quick look-over and it seems in good shape all-in-all. Any advice is welcome and wanted! Thanks. :help:  please.

lol. She's covered in snow right now. This weekend I have to go wash her up and get her ready for inspection. I'll take some and post them then. By the way, she has a name now and it's Molly. I thought it was pretty....lol
