Tonight parked in front of Pat's Pub some guy walks in through the parking lot and says nice Pacer... (shakes his head) ugghhh...  AMX.

Had a family get all excited last Thursday: "Hey, a Pacer! No, a Pinto! No, that's an Eagle!!!"

And a teen at the gas station, jumping around in excitement (?!): "Is that a dune buggy with four wheel drive?"

You guys need to wash polish and wax your AMC Eagles so people won't confusethem for some other vehicles.

my generation is the last ones old enough to remember amc dealerships and new eagles. I feel privelaged to have set foot on an amc show room floor, and have been old enough to remember it....as well as riding shotgun in a brand new 87 wagon...ah memories.
