lifting a 1982 amc eagle

hey i want to lift my 1982 amc eagle wagon but i have no idea what to get. i want it to be lifted enough to put some big tires on it so maby about 3 in or so. can anyone point me in the right direction?

sadly there isn't an off the shelf lift for an amc eagle.  I have seen people add a 1 inch spacer to get 2 inches of lift and i have also seen a straight axle conversion using leaf springs to get a lift.  the final way of getting lift that I know of is a link setup using coils (eagle has to be straight axled)
