What year Spirit seats are you looking at?   The parts books say that the '81-up seats are the same EXCEPT for the inner seat tracks.   So if you swap the inner tracks from the old seats to the new ones, they should work.
That’s interesting. Not to hijack, but it’s it the same case with concords and 30 series Eagles?

Suspension, Steering, Brakes, Wheels & Tires / Re: Tie rod threads

Went in again today to replace the boot on the passenger side. The old crown nut comes off fine and the threads looked excellent.
when I had the new boot fitted and I was ready to dial down the nut I decided to creep up on it and see what it did since the left and right tie rod ends are basically the same and I had swapped both at the same time.

15ftlb - OK
20ftlb - OK
25ftlb - Yielded

Took the nut off which was a lot harder than it was before and found the threads were pulling out of the nut and the tie rod threads looked like poo.
Tried the same thing I did on the drivers side with cleaning the threads and a different nit and it clicked in at 40ftlb like it should. I'm starting to wonder if these nuts are single-use parts.

Like amcfool1 said, it will not fit. This is because the shape of the floor of the Eagle is different from the floor of the Spirit because of the Eagle’s transfer case.

Thank you

Long and snowy winter is over. Sundancer is on the road again.

Remembered that there is an issue with sill molding. A couple of broken fasteners.

Sill looks quite solid...

A couple of plastic clips are gone...

One is broken...

Some new fasteners. I bought these from a local dealer. Couldn´t find those from an AMC parts dealers.

Done... costs about 5 euros or dollars. Not bad at all..

The correct one is the TS219.   The AMC part number is J3233831 if you want to double-check the interchange.

Thank you, that’s the one I figured it was. I would’ve looked at the ones on my car, but it’s 1700 miles away haha
