Title: Clutch cylinder
Post by: GECKO77 on July 02, 2022, 05:04:03 PM
Hi guys, its been a while, i finally got my eagle running. IKinda did something dumb, and may or may not have pressed my (i presume siezed) clutch maybe just a little too hard, but anyway suddenly somethig gave , and now the clutch pedal is just floppy, it seems some seal or something gave somewhere, but i have not been able to figure out where, i cant even find where the clutch pedal exits the firewall, does it go into the brakebooster??

Take a look at the bracket that the master cylinder rod connects at the pedal. I have seen this break off. Will need to remove pedal and weld back on and reinforce it if this has happened. http://amceaglesden.com/guide/images/1/17/5clutch005.jpg

Mine doesent have anything there, the cylinder directly connects to the clutch pedal,... Now theres oil leaking out the front,... I think i blew the seal...
