Yeah, it may be original colors, but Yellow certainly isn't plain Jane! I look forward to seeing it!

It was a good move to take it them covered.  That should reinforce to them the value you place on your Eagle.

Yeah, that was Bill's idea.  Hopefully I didn't void that perception of value when I pointed out all the dents they could skip repairing because the flares will cover it up  :P.  Nah, I think they understood that.  I had a long convo with the owner later on the phone.

Good move on keeping it original.Don't think you will ever regret that move.I think yellow is a fitting color for a SX/4. Back in 1971 I ordered a new 71 AMX that was canary yellow with the 401 and all my friends called it the nucular banana.

Glad you guys like the color choice.  The more I think about it, I guess I should really replace the  :censored: heater core while the dash is pulled out...

the reason I said to cover it was that there where places that we sanded right down to metal in the process of blocking the car down and the omni primer was fighting me every time I sprayed it and ruined 3 of my paint guns so re priming it wasn't really something I wanted to do

I stopped in today.  They said the sealer should be put on tonight, along with the black.  All the photos are being put on their website as they do the work:  https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.475769259109055.115727.470799326272715&type=1
