Title: Using "unread posts" button and not seeing all posts.
Post by: eaglefreek on January 03, 2016, 08:21:56 AM: I use the unread posts button to view the forum and I went to the wanted ads to bump my mirror ad and noticed there were ads I haven't seen before. So, I went to the cars for sale section and there were a bunch of posts I hadn't seen before either. Does anyone know if the unread posts button doesn't work for the classifieds section? I wonder if I have missed seeing a bunch of other posts.

I will also ask that anyone interested in buying somthing from someone to pm the seller. Than at least ways there should be somthing to notify the seller to a possible sale.

Post by: rollguy on January 03, 2016, 11:36:41 AM: I posted that my sedan project was sold, and I was sure I would get at least one reply, but none yet. There have also been a small number of posts that show when I click on the recent posts, and not the large numbers I was used to seeing.

Again, just my opinion since it's not really Off Topic and it is an issue/concern to the forum & its members.

I was trying to figure out where to put it since there isn't really a dedicated place for this kind of topic and just flipped a coin and put it here.

This probably shows all new posts in the classified section, split out from just the new unread posts. Hope this clears up some of the mystery.
