Poor Electrical Install

Here is a photo of the electrical problems I found under the hood. I stated but removing the plastic loom, then under the electable tape I find Duct Tape.
I wonder if this was the Normal practice?
Ignition upgrade in progress. 😎

Could be worse of course, aluminum tape would be marginally worse. Otherwise i seem to remember seeing that.

I think that was SOP for that time. I've owned 4 wagons and I ran across that several times.
